In June 2021, Your Way Home engaged Just Strategies, LLC, a racial equity capacity building firm to assess its coordinate entry system through a racial equity lens. Just Strategies engaged a wide sampling of stakeholders and presents its findings and initial recommendations in the report above.

Focus Strategies Report

In 2021, Your Way Home commissioned this report as part of their effort to address identified barriers and disparities in the homelessness response system in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This report builds upon work carried out by YWH in partnership with the SPARC (Supporting Partnerships for Anti Racist Communities) Team at the Center for Social Innovation (C4) to evaluate racial inequities in the community’s homeless services and use the results to design a more equitable system.

Racial Equity Report

Phase I of the Your Way Home Equity Evaluation, done in partnership with the Center for Social Innovation and with support from the HealthSpark Foundation. This report shares the analysis of our homeless system outcomes, policies and procedures, and leadership recruitment through an equity lens.

Homes for All is a collaborative multi-purpose project with a mission of ensuring that everyone who lives, works, learns, and invests in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania has equal opportunity to live in an affordable home and a thriving community

LGBTQ+ Community ENGAGEMENT Report

As part of Healthspark Foundation`s Innovation Lab, Your Way Home Montgomery County launched a qualitative research project to better understand and bring awareness to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals experiencing poverty in Montgomery County.

Program Operations Plan

In partnership with the Your Way Home Continuum of Care, the Montgomery County Office of Housing and Community Development has designed an Operations Plan to set three year strategic priorities for the Your Way Home Program to end and prevent homelessness in Montgomery County.
