Montgomery County First Time Homebuyers Program

Montgomery County offers a First Time Homebuyers Program that can provide up to $10,000.00 for the down payment and closing costs associated in purchasing a home within Montgomery County, PA! This program, directed to assist low, moderate, and median income households, is established and administered by the County Commissioners and the Office of Housing and Community Development.

Funds for the program are supplied through the county’s Affordable Trust Fund in coordination with the Recorder of Deeds Office.
