Landlords are essential for sustaining supportive housing in our communities. While housing developments are happening in communities, the need to find available units and housing is now! Geared toward direct service staff (case managers, housing specialists, supervisors, and other interested supporters), this training will focus on best practices in creating new partnerships and recruiting landlords.

As developments in communities take many years to create, our sector is heavily reliant on the current housing stock. Landlord partnerships are essential to the scattered site supportive housing model. Our work also has goals around housing people as fast as possible. This cannot happen waiting on new housing developments.
