2-1-1 SEPA is Montgomery County's Call Center for individuals experiencing homelessness. This 24/7 helpline offers toll-free assistance in an effort to connect callers to the help, supports, and information they are looking for.
Call Center operators at 2-1-1, have access to up-to-date data about which providers have space available, if the caller needs emergency shelter.
By dialing 2-1-1, callers gain free, confidential access to thousands of programs and services that can help improve the quality of their lives. Help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 2‑1‑1 (or 1-866-964-7925).
2‑1‑1 SEPA is brought to you by United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey in collaboration with the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. These United Ways, together with Your Way Home, Montgomery County, work to ensure important local program information is accessible through the helpline when it is most needed.
