On February 5, 2016 the Consumer Feedback Action Team Meeting was held. We collectively wanted to know about our consumer experience in order to improve our housing crisis response system and identify potential strategic investments to improve that experience. The Action Team generated ideas for questions in the following categories: Access, quality of service delivery, customer satisfaction, connections to other mainstream and community services and supports, cultural competency, and housing opportunities. We also solicited ideas on how best to engage consumers in the process - likely through a combination of interviews, focus groups and survey work - and how to share and use the data and information gathered.
Action Team recommendations inform the Your Way Home Leadership Council’s scope of work for a dedicated consultant or organization to conduct the consumer feedback process with funding provided by the North Penn Community Health Foundation.
